This includes waxing salons, massage therapy establishments, barbershops, hair salons, nail salons, and cosmetic services. The state of Idaho recommends businesses use the following close contact services protocols (https://rebound.idaho.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/stage2-protocols-cl...) as guidance for their plans to reopen in Stage 2.
